Rice wave noodle production line

(1) Rice uses water grind technology and twice refining, rice slurry has a high fineness, making sure the final rice vermicelli has a smooth taste.
(2) For the dehydration, we use vacuum dehydration. The rice powder moisture content is enough for the next process after dehydration. We choose Siemens vacuum pump with high vacuum. Adjust speed and vacuum degree to control the rice powder moisture content. 
(3) Steam powdering, plus self-cooking extruder, to ensure the high maturity of the vermicelli.
(4) The extruder machine has high production capacity, working stable.
(5) Use secondary steam technology, strengthened the vermicelli gelatinization more, and make the rice vermicelli not break and paste soup.
(6) High Automatically cut and drop into frying case.
(7) Drying in a constant temperature and humidity condition, control temperature and humidity by multi-temperature zone, the vermicelli not easy to break.
